In January 2020 come and enjoy our Pantomime, Aladdin. 30 years ago the Pilgrim Pantomime Company was set up by the Banstead Five Churches to help raise money for starting the Open Door café, and every year since the Company has produced a pantomime at All Saints’ Church Institute. This year it’s the old favourite Aladdin.
Over the years the Company has focused more on encouraging young people from the Five Churches to take part as well as some adults, and the enduring appeal of pantomime works its magic on cast, musicians, backstage crew and helpers.
The show runs from Wednesday 22nd January to Saturday 25th January 2020 with a matinee on the Saturday. Doors open at 7.00pm with curtain up at 7.30pm for the evening performances and 2.00pm and 2.30pm for the matinee. Tickets will be available online from the Pilgrim Pantomime’s booking agents Ticketsource via their website at pilgrimpantomime.com or through their Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/pilgrimpantomime. Clicking on the Book Now button takes you to Ticketsource. Telephone bookings on 0333 666 3366 incur a charge of £1.50. Ticket prices, which have remained the same for the last five years, range from £8 to £12 depending on which night is booked, with discounts for children and families.
Where possible the Company, which is financially self-funding, likes to make donations to local charities should there be an excess of income over expenditure.
